Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier service, or customs clearance.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide to most countries. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Hazel 5 is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. However, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed. Please email us with your order number and details.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
