At Hazel 5, we want you to love your skincare. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


📦 Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it

  • Include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

Please note:
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards


🔁 How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact our team at support@hazel5.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • A clear photo (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or damaged on arrival).


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double check your bank or card account

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. Then email us at support@hazel5.com if you still have concerns


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect — we’re so sorry!
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the package and we’ll make it right.


Skincare is Personal

Because of the hygienic nature of skincare, we do not accept returns on opened or used products — even if you experience a skin reaction. Always patch test first and review ingredient lists carefully.
